Hisense 120L9H 4K UHD Laser Projector with 120" Screen
120-inch 4K UHD laser TV with a dedicated screen for an instant, immersive cinema experience.
Hisense has built a reputation for delivering big-screen value, and the 120L9H is their most ambitious projector yet. The key differentiator here is the triple laser light source. Most projectors use a single laser or a lamp. This one uses three separate lasers—red, green, and blue—to create the image. The result is a color volume that covers 145% of the DCI-P3 cinema standard. That number translates to real-world pop. Reds look rich without turning orange. Greens stay natural. The Delta-E score of 0.9 means what you see is extremely close to what the director intended.
The included 120-inch ambient light rejecting screen is what makes this setup practical. Ultra short throw projectors are convenient, but they struggle with ambient light. This screen catches the light from the projector and rejects light coming from the sides and above. You can watch movies during the day without closing the blinds. The image stays punchy. The built-in 40W sound system with Dolby Atmos is adequate for casual viewing, but you will want a separate soundbar for serious movie nights. The laser light source is rated for 25,000 hours. That is about eight years of daily use before you notice any dimming.
The main limitation is the fixed screen size. You get exactly 120 inches. There is no adjustment. If your wall space or viewing distance is tight, this might not work. The projector itself is also fairly large for a UST model. But if you have the room, the L9H delivers a genuine cinematic experience without needing a dark cave to watch it.
