The infrared heating system penetrates deeper than traditional steam heat. You’ll feel it in your lower back and shoulders within minutes, not the surface-level blast you get from a hot room. The 35.75 x 35.25 inch footprint means this is a one-person sauna with room for a second person if you’re comfortable getting close. Assembly uses a buckle system that requires no tools—you can have it set up in under an hour. At 250 pounds, it’s heavy enough to feel solid but manageable for two people to move into place.

The tradeoff is space. At 75 inches tall, anyone over six feet will have their head near the ceiling. The bench is fixed, so you can’t adjust your leg position much.
