The oven hits 850°F in about 15 minutes and holds that heat thanks to thick insulation. A 12-inch pizza cooks in roughly 90 seconds. The included 4-foot gas hose and regulator connect to a standard propane tank, and the manual control knob lets you dial the flame up or down with precision. The stone adjustment tool and torx wrench are included for fine-tuning the burner guard and stone height, which matters when you’re cooking at high heat in variable outdoor conditions.

At 28 pounds, the Tread is light enough to carry one-handed. The olive color and rugged build make it feel at home on a campsite table or a small apartment balcony. One honest limitation: the 12-inch stone means you’re capped at personal-sized pizzas. If you’re feeding a crowd, you’ll be cooking in batches.
