It’s a lightweight stainless steel unit with two baking stones, designed for camping, tailgating, or a backyard pizza night that doesn’t require building a wood-fired setup. The hookup is straightforward: attach a standard propane tank, open the valve, and light the burner. Preheating takes about ten minutes.

The cooking surface is solid. Each stone retains heat well, and the oven recovers quickly between pies. You’ll get a crisp bottom and a well-cooked top in roughly five minutes, though you should rotate the pizza once for even browning. The exterior stays cool enough to be safe on most surfaces, and the whole unit is light enough to toss in a car trunk without much thought.

There is a limitation worth noting: the oven uses conduction heating, not convection. That means heat comes primarily from the bottom stone and the burner above, but there is no fan to circulate hot air. You can still get excellent results with a thin, Neapolitan-style crust, but thicker doughs may cook unevenly. It works best for smaller pizzas, around 12 inches.
