Lagree Fitness Micro Compact Full-Body Workout Machine
A premium space-saving reformer that delivers a brutal, low-impact full-body workout with smooth resistance.
Lagree Fitness is known for the Megaformer, the hulking machine found in boutique studios that delivers a uniquely punishing workout. The Micro shrinks that same tension-based system into a package that slides under your bed. At 72 inches long and just 6 inches tall, it fits into spaces most home gym equipment cannot. The key difference is the spring-based resistance system. You swap springs to adjust tension rather than stacking plates, which keeps the machine quiet and the movement smooth.
The carriage glides on a track using a combination of springs and your own body weight. This creates constant tension throughout each movement, which is why Lagree workouts feel different from traditional weight training. You are never resting at the bottom or top of a rep. The springs provide resistance in both directions. At 27 kilograms, the Micro is heavy enough to stay planted during intense use but light enough for one person to move across a room. It accommodates users up to 6’8”, which is rare for a compact machine.
The tradeoff is setup time. Swapping springs takes a few seconds, but finding the right combination for each exercise requires some trial and error. There is no quick-release tension dial. The included springs cover a wide range, from light resistance for upper body work to heavy tension for leg presses. For the price of a few months of studio classes, you get the same core mechanics at home. It is a straightforward machine that does one thing well and does not try to be anything else.
