roborock Saros 10 Robot Vacuum and Mop, 22,000Pa Suction, AI Obstacle Avoidance, 3.14-inch Ultra Thin, Intelligent Dirt Detection, Zero Tangling Main Brush, Hot Water Mop & Dock Self Cleaning Saros 10 Black
Ultra-thin 3.14-inch design with 22,000Pa suction to clean under furniture most robots can't reach.
Roborock has been refining the robot vacuum formula for years, and the Saros 10 feels like a culmination of those lessons. The headline feature is the 3.14-inch height, which is genuinely thin enough to slide under most sofas, bed frames, and low credenzas. But the trick is the retractable LDS tower. It tucks itself flat when the bot needs to squeeze into tight spots, then pops back up to maintain a full 360-degree view of the room. That means it doesn’t sacrifice navigation accuracy for a low profile.
The 22,000Pa suction is overkill for daily dust, but it matters for deep-cleaning carpets and picking up heavier debris. The real win is the zero-tangling main brush. It uses a curved, fixed-blade design that actively cuts hair before it can wrap around the axle. In testing, it handles long pet hair and human hair without a single snag. The hot water mop system heats water to 176°F to wash the mop pad on the dock, then dries it with 140°F air. That prevents the musty smell that plagues many self-cleaning docks.
The AI obstacle avoidance uses a 3.0 algorithm that recognizes cables, shoes, and pet waste with solid reliability. It’s not perfect—very fine cords can still get nudged—but it avoids most common hazards. The dirt detection sensor is useful for homes with pets or kids, as it tells the robot to double-pass over visibly soiled areas. The only real trade-off is the dust bag capacity. At 2.5 liters, it’s fine for weekly emptying, but larger homes will need to swap it every couple of weeks. For a vacuum this thin and capable, that’s a minor compromise.
