NutriChef’s dual-zone wine cooler solves a specific problem for the casual collector. It lets you store reds and whites at their ideal serving temperatures simultaneously. The two independent compartments are the entire point, moving you beyond a single-temperature fridge.

The upper and lower zones each have their own digital thermostat, ranging from a crisp 41°F to a cellar-appropriate 64°F. In practice, this means you can keep sauvignon blanc ready to pour at 46°F while your cabernet sauvignon rests at 58°F. The unit holds up to 33 standard Bordeaux bottles across its wood-finish shelves. Its solid door seals tightly, and the interior LED lighting gives it a clean, modern look on your bar cart or in a kitchen nook.

At just over 90 liters, it’s a compact footprint for the capacity. The energy use is reasonable for an always-on appliance, averaging about 181 kWh per year. Note that the shelves are fixed, so unusually tall or broad-shouldered bottles may require lying them flat on the floor of the cooler.
