The eufy E28 tackles the biggest pain point of a robot mop: a dirty pad dragging grime around your floor. Its HydroJet system continuously scrubs the mop six times per second, using fresh water from its onboard tank. You get actual mopping, not just damp wiping, for the entire session.

With 20,000 Pa of suction, it handles crumbs on hard floors and embedded pet hair on medium-pile carpets. The self-emptying Omni Station holds 60 days of dust and automatically refills the robot’s clean water tank and drains the dirty one. You interact with it about once every two months.

The obstacle avoidance is basic, so you’ll need to pick up socks and cables. For daily maintenance on mixed floors, however, the E28’s combination of strong vacuuming and a genuinely clean mop is remarkably hands-off.
